I started using DA a year ago after I got a scanner in order to watch my art "grow". Indeed, now that i look back at my old pieces, my drawing technique has bettered significantly. However, I also see another change. My old art was beautifully colored pictures that captured motion and feelings. I look at my recent drawings and I see black and white sketches. Usually with one person just standing, looking the viewer. I don't understand why this happened. My creativity seems to have dropped in exchange for skills.

Which brings me to my point. I'm going to try to bring back my old rich colorful pictures with my current skills. This may include redoing an old picture just to see the difference. Nonetheless, I'm going back to quality over quantity now so there might not be an update for a while.

In other news, I'm going to Florida for the last week of summer so "YAY"!
I also can't wait for school so i can see all my friends again. >__<

I think I should put up a quote every time I post up a new journal entry. It would be usually funny but once in a while it might be moving or any of that mushy unnecessary stuff. Unfortunately, I'm gonna start next post, and lord knows when that would be >_>;

Anyways, I'm gonna post something up really soon, probably a short comic and an egyptian artwork thing for Art Appreciation only if I like the result.

Anyways, since I don't bother actually posting anything on Myspace anymore (I still check it, just won't update anything), I decided to post some random things here. School is okay, the best part of school is the fact that I hang out with my friends on the subway and at lunch. The best part of school, as in classes, are Freshmen Composition (English basically) and Art Appreciation (obviously). Math team sucks and I feel really stupid there so I might drop out the next chance I get to free up last period.

Mmmm...guess thats about it. Oh yeah, and my test score were pretty bad.
Math: 79
Global History: 78
Art: 90
Physics: 89 (I think our physics teacher died or something. We had a sub for two weeks. My class almost made one of them cry...I feel bad.)

Ok, I noticed it for a while already, but I finally fixed the color tones for my art. Every time I printed a work out, all the colors would look greyish which got me really frustrated. Now, everything is fixed and all my future works wont have that greyish color (I hope). I was so stupid to have my monitor contrast at 100 lol, now I have it at 70 and its better.

This is probably my biggest project since I can remember and i'll probably never finish it lol. There are probably gonna be no new pics from me until I either finish, give up, or have some free time. When I finish, the fad would be over already XD I'm gonna start probably next Wednesday cuz this week is a busy week.

In other news, I found the most amazing group of dancing fanboys. I only saw their Hare Hare Yukai dance and their Lucky Star dance but damn they were awsome.
